chaunstace's Journal, 20 January 2011

Damn, I knew I blew it yesterday, once I saw that I had 200 even, I almost freaked out, it's like self sabotaging! I ate way worse than in the last 2 weeks, it's like I'm scared to lose weight or if I start to feel like, I can do this, then I end up wrecking it for myself.

O.k., so I need to get a hold of myself!!! It's only 2 pounds, right?? I can shave that off in 1 day, right????!!! I need to get back in that mindset I had these last 2 weeks, besides, now my husband and I have a bet, who can lose the next 15 pounds first!! Although, he is lucky, that's all he needs to lose!! But, it would be awesome to get there first!

Hope everyone has a wonderful Friday and weekend!! I am hoping to get out of my house tomorrow as I've been snowed in, and getting so sick of just being inside!! My husband is going to take me out to lunch! Oh, I guess I had better pick something light off the menu!!! I'll make sure he gets the greasy cheeseburger!! Lol!! hehehehe!!! (evil laugh)

Don't worry about it, everyone's weight fluctuates throughout the day...are you weighing yourself at the same time every day? Pfft, you're going to beat your husband at your weight loss game, hands down. Shovelling snow burns a lot of calories--Just tunnel your way to the driveway teehee! Hope you have a healthy lunch, and a fun weekend :D

Always remember - "this too shall pass" so even when you splurge you can always change that the next day. We've all been there and we know what it's like so no worries! If you skip the cheeseburger you'll be proud that you won't be the one who feels bloated afterwards - no food regrets are a result of good food choices.

Hey you! i love the biggest loser too but i havent followed it this season. Its such great motivation and has some good tips and tricks and work out ideas. If you ever feel like self sabotaging again dont beat yourself up too bad, just remember how great you have been feeling and that is usually a good reminder that it whatever you are craving usually looks better then it tastes! and nothing tastes as good as skinny feels!! have a great saturday xoxo
