現在都是前一天吃重鹹好料,第二天多喝溫水,多走幾步路,多斷食3小時,體重就會下降。
但是這次似乎就停滯在50.5公斤就下不去了?就這麼不想讓我達標🤣🤣🤣
111.6 lb Lost so far: 64.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
