153.2 lb Lost so far: 41.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks everyone I have been lazy & although I always stick to a keto lifestyle I have not been balancing carbs & micro nutrients. Hopefully now I’m back on the road to success with lots of things to keep me occupied & with the prospective of some covid restrictions being lifted. Have a great week 🤗
