What a great Monday morning feeling to see me sooo close to my first goal on the scale. I reckon 800g is not hard but I had already planned the 30 minute hiit workout I intended to do this week. Insomnia got the better of me and I only slept at 2 this morning. This morning I will head off to the office but I know if I keep my diet in check I still can achieve my first goal. All systems go and no excuses so stopping
178.4 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
