I went to a steakhouse for dinner last night, used the FatSecret phone app on my BlackBerry, and stayed on track for my 20 carb limit...despite the teasing my son gave me "MMM'ing" over the buttered bread rolls. I just MMM'd right back at him after taking a bite of broccoli. LOL
So I feel really good about sticking to the plan. It's the first time I've eaten out since I started this whole new "way of eating" (WOE) thing. :)
And I lost another pound!
