I'm not sure how accurate this is as I could not get the scale to reset. I so want a real scale. Or at least find a place to keep this one where it's not constantly moved.
197.4 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
