Had a very good swim yesterday but was really hungry the whole day. I don't know if it was the swimming or me just being weak but I ate way too much. I am pretty sure it was me just being weak. I will do better today.
234.0 lb Lost so far: 61.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
