Stangely low cards bread not so appealing anymore 🌼 Cauliflower rice is king 😂also bought lots snacks ( keto ) from Diskem.., I need to be in control I tend to get greedy abs over do it . Decides will stop at 60 kgs . 4.2 kgs more . I do have collagen in mornings now , protein shake for lunch and cauliflower rice abs curry for supper . My totals calories is extremely low. I aim to have the closest to Proteins, fats I dnt overdo and carbs less than 18
