Although I'm aware I'm not on point with tracking my food and working out but I'm not as bad as I used to be and the scale is showing small results. Whilst some might debate about weighing everyday if at all for me it's a good guide and even when the numbers goes up I'm not discouraged instead I know I need to tighten up...happy weekend!!!!
