Really let myself go. Got up to 328 highest known weight. Trying to get very serious about my health and weight. Started whole foods dietary supplements as well. Hopefully I can stay on track. Husband working on same issues.
285.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 85.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
