Started a 2 week Carb Cycle to get ripped, 5 days 1/2 current card intake and 2 days only 50g Carbs. Then back to my standard eating plan. Body fat sitting at 18.5% and want to see in these 2 weeks how close I can get to 10%. The target for later will be to reach 6% for competition conditions. That is next year this times goal.. Then start entering bodybuilding competitions in year 3 (2015)
