so i've had a hell of time the last 2 weeks, was in the hospital with my daughter for 5 days, for the treatment to work for only 6 days, to now she's on medication that we started Monday, and i have to stay home with her, so no more work. I now have no excuse for exercise, just gotta make sure i eat well.....its so hard being at home all the time. I eat just because im bored.......gotta nip that in the bud and soon....wish me luck.
147.7 lb Lost so far: 2.3 lb.    Still to go: 22.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
