I didn't have time to exercise today, but really need the day off because of the vigor of Saturday's kick boxing and Monday's "intermediate" yoga. My muscles are sore! I love it! I did take time to meditate today, which keeps me on the path. Tomorrow I'll at least do cardio with my husband, and may add in Pilates if I get up early enough to get to the class.

No weight loss today, but I've been fed more salt, and hope I'm retaining water. We ate out again today (I chose the "healthy" entree and ate half of it), so I'll have the same salt problem tomorrow. The key is to choose healthy food and reasonable portions all the time, keep up the exercise, stay off the alcohol. and the weight will slowly come off..
133.0 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
