Alright everyone. Another week has passed and I logged 240 minues of exercise that is 4 hours for the week and averages out to 34 minutes each day. My exercise is increasing at a rate of an additioanl 15 minutes each week and I can feel it, lol. How is everyone else doing? Does anyone else have any stats to report back on?
