Thanking everyone for their encouragement and kindness. I am back on track and looking forward to my early morning fitness plan. Going for the exercise high instead of the carb high & low!
175.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great! Let's take each day at a time. I have not been sticking to my goals and am paying the price. But I will get there eventually. We can do this!
