I have been out for over a week. My husband had surgery and it has been a long week. I also have been so discouraged. I am glad to be back. I am trying to pull myself together. I really want to lose this weight. It is like a roller-coaster. The same few pounds I struggle with. I cannot seem to get over the humps. What is wrong with me.

183.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 58.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Welcome back - missed you! Hope your husband is recovering! Sometimes you have to put things in a different priority - sounds like you had your hands full! But look at you - you're right back here again! Yay! You haven't missed much, I've been up, I've been down - haha! But sticking with it - jump back in - you'll see the pounds drop soon enough!
