Started the Simple Diet - Scientific Weight Loss by Dr. Anderson on Nov. 7, 2013.

Neck 18 in
Chest 52 in
Bust 58.5 in
Waist 60 in
Hips 67 in
L Thigh 35 in

Been feeling terrible for months. Physically, as I have to rest frequently whenever I am up and doing anything. Having physical aches and pains frequently. And I have been soooo sad for the last several months. I saw a picture of my self that was taken recently, needless to say, I thought to myself "OMG no wonder you feel terrible". So now my journey begins to a more improved physical and emotional me.
