昨日は食べた。動いていないのに1500は食べた。食べたかった。でも食べたい物がなんだかわからずとにかく食べた。だから仕方がないけど見た目というか触った感じ2パウンドも増えてない。
あとなんとなくだけど、脂肪や炭水化物が少ないと減る??
エビをメインに食べてた時は減った?
