This is my week to get into the 80's I can feel it. Hopefully its Pa's week to get into the 70's at least. I hate this cold crappy weather. Anyways goals for the week are treadmill (or outside) walking for at least 30 mins. 100 crunches a day. Kettleball too.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
