I’ve battling my weight for a while, and now after a visit to the doctor and being prescribed pills for high blood pressure and colesterol, its not just about looks. I hate diets, so I’m trying to eat cleaner and move more. It’s a health matter now, so I hope to be not on my goal weight, but healthier by the end of this year, and get off those pills. I gotta start somewhere!
