I'm trying to get away from weighing in every day because it's so frustrating but I couldn't stand it and look!! A little bit down!! what a way to start my 4 day weekend!🙂👍🙏
175.7 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 40.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't weight yourself everyday. we as women fluctuate too much in fluid. pick a day during the week to weigh yourself. remember the scale is not a reflection of you.

Thanks GoGilly! Just got back from a 4 day weekend with my son and family. I won't weigh in today but I'm back on tracking again today!
