Snow and ice storm... kids and hubby were home today, turned into a 4 day weekend!

Exercise: None
Vitamins: No
Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - No new spots, more healing, no trigger foods eaten.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
