It should be noted, that my heart rate fell below 60 while resting on Saturday. This was kind of concerning, as that is the opposite of tachycardia. It was a drop of 9 bpm from the lowest i had recorded it, previously at 67, now at 58. I was initially waiting for my blood pressure to fall under 110 on top, but it was only 112, and since my heart rate was getting 'too low', and i have that mixed with my blood pressure meds, i felt that it was time to lower the medication, which had been on standby. Today, I took only 100mg pills twice. Instead of 200mg twice per day. My resting heart rate was 66, and my bp was 130/75. If the bp starts going high, i suppose i could try doing 300mg a day, and then eventually dropping to 200, so we will let this adjust for a week and see how it goes. My exercise has been through the roof so to speak due to my water heater issue, so i'm sure this is helping immensely.
154.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
