gained a pound over the weekend had a baby shower and even tho i had like half a spoon of everything i didn't exercise which is my fault but hopefully now with the challenge starting and having to work out 5 times a week for @ least 40 mins ill loose it its been real hard keeping my diet and trying to eat healthy i'm always on the go so its difficult for me not to get fast food and keep it moving but i'm trying lets see the results next week!!
217.5 lb Lost so far: 22.5 lb.    Still to go: 77.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
