Below 300 pounds for the first time in over 10 years, thank you Fatsecret and everyone who has supported me over the last 4 months!!!
299.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 124.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

CONGRATULATIONS! Yes I am screaming! Good for you. You can do this. It may take time...but slower is better in the long run. More likely to stay off I am told.
