Weight down again - I'll take it when I can get it!
Decided to up my muscle mass a bit so altered my workout accordingly.
I've also made a concerted effort to increase the protein in my diet - all as clean as possible.
BF (Body Fat) at 21.5% still far too high for my liking.
Ciao for now.
161.4 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
