By "reasonably well" I mean we've tried to eat more vegetables, etc. and we've done pretty well at that. Not losing weight, but feeling better.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Feeling good is huge. With that you can move forward with other things. If you don't feel right, you are likely to not do what you should. Keep at it. And try some stir fry tofu for goodness sake. It won't kill you. Be sure to press the tofu and to then marinate it in some kind of flavor.
