Going to have a massage today. The day is gloomy and rainy. What is designed to be snow up North - turns into the rain when it reaches Florida . Thundering too.

Doing good in my keto diet and here is another one of my "culinary creations"...lol... I eat two times per day, so I have time to come up with something interesting. Was reading "Bon Apetite" from local library online (awesome service!) and found few interesting receipies to try.
144.4 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
