1506 kcal Fat: 65.77g | Prot: 65.60g | Carb: 165.83g.   Breakfast: 1% Fat Milk, Margarine, Toasted White Bread , Quaker Quick Oats (3-5 Min). Lunch: Vegetable Spring Roll, Chow Mein or Chop Suey with Meat and Noodles. Dinner: Cooked Spaghetti Squash, Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Without Salt, Microwaved) , Beef Tenderloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat) . more...
