I started again! the Holiday's are over and it is time to get serious. I am doing medifast and Zumba Wii Dance for 100 days. I will follow the diet as close as possible. My sister Kayla is joining the ban wagon so it will help. Wish me luck! I can do it!
200.8 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
