Proud, but note that I am aided by my 2013 VSG/DS. so taking my food and analyzing its really what I am lacking! More protein, more exercise, better gut and feeling healthy is goal!
188.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
