Since 5 Days was on limited diet only 100 odd gm r ice whole day bit apples and but on saturday had excess snacks Samosa alu chop and all in eveing but on sunday(03 Nov) had compensated but having only beaten rice powder watery in mornign with same 100 gm rice whole day and chicken with controlled diet nearly not exceesing 1500 calores .Hence .4 kg loss these 4 Days .But What i gain loosing .Already surpass my target 67.6 .And it 66.3 (nearly 11.3 kg) since maximum weight of 77.6 kgs .
