Haven't been able to solidly stick to the plan. We've been dragged out of the house by well-intentioned people who want us to join family gatherings & friendly suppers, and it's starting to wear us down. Yesterday it was birthday cake (small piece) and a ciabatta club sandwich due to getting home late & picking up dinner quickly at Safeway. Today is a planned home-made Chili that's not strictly induction friendly, but should be tasty and filling at least.
At least I can keep to plan when I'm at work. Need to make a solid meal plan with the husbeast and stick to it, because this is getting frustrating.
(of course, I also have mother nature to thank for the 3 lb bloat. Should be gone in a couple of days, dragging a little friend or two with them).
