Soooooo yesterday I had a busy day and stay hydrated for most of it on water and rooibos tea I was so busy buy it was easy to remember my intake which comprised of an apple a motocross bun with flora extra light margarine an a cappuccino with a dash of milk and 2 sweeteners. Late in the afternoon I had 2 slices low gi seeded brown bread, yellow potatoe fry and 3 lamb sausages. In 2 weeks there has been nice dropping on numbers on the scale. Yes I have a long way to go but my journey has definitely started xoxo
