Started low carb last Sunday, 1/9/2011. Down 6.5 lbs in a week. Insulin use cut to about 20U/day from 45U/day. Blood sugar has been hovering between 95 and 130. Walked 1/2 mile yesterday on the treadmill at 2 MPH.
