The holidays and my birthday are over, and here we are again. At the beginning of the month I was up to 192, which is a complete shame. That's almost pre-wedding weight! Anyway, I'm getting back on track, and I'd say in a great way! Michael and I are trying a protein- and vegetable-dense diet, but still leaving room for celebration foods. We've been doing this diet since Jan. 4, so I'm pleased with the 4 lbs so far. Michael hasn't weighed in yet, so we'll see how he's doing later.
