Although I am a little dismayed by the slowdown in weight loss I am very pleased by the fact that I am now a size smaller and am able to get into some clothes I haven't worn for ages. There is also the fact that I am participating in a 'Squat Challenge' and I may be putting on muscle as my fat is going. I think that muscle weighs more than fat so if true, it could be a factor.
