Just as I progress so well I hit that time of the month. I wouldn't normally do any workout due to discomfort but if I could have half a slab of oreo (blame it on the boyfriend again) then I can do a short hiit workout. Yayyyyy
180.8 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
