totally what I expected. halloween candy and dinner at the hong kong buffet. my fingers look like sausages. Can I get to 170 by Christmas? maybe. I know what to do, I know what to eat. It is all up to me.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
