Survived vacation without gaining. Now back to low carb diet and no drinking. Next day off is Super Bowl Sunday. February 7 in 5 days.
110.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
