Hey Kim-- Weight loss is not a quick process. I am not sure what exactly you are disappointed in (your results or that you followed your diet poorly).
What changes to your diet were you successful with? Keep those successes in mind and duplicate HOW you did it.
Did you give yourself a pep talk? Did you prepare healthy snacks in advance?
Are you expecting too much? Focus on the GOOD and replicate it throughout your day & your week!
