I am sooooo excited. Got up this morning and I had to pee so badly my whole body hurt. I knew that meant it was happening, and the scale showed it. Day 3 and 1.98 pounds down, Loose the sodium and the water retention stops. Can't wait until the end of the week 1 when I hope to figure out how to drop carbs from my diet and still go super low on sodium. If that is not possible, then I will stick to low sodium. It is a great morning :)
Now I am bummed, I wanted to have a low carb breakfast this morning. I enter what I want to eat before I eat it, and the sodium was way high just for 2 fried eggs with no fat. I had no idea that a fresh product like eggs could have that much sodium. I am going to research it.
Okay according to 2 sites I went on including another place than add food on this web site eggs (large fried) have 68 mg of sodium, so why when I enter it as a food item did it jump to 446 for 2 eggs?
