I have been sticking with the gym again this week. Spent an hour 4 mornings this week. Also, will be going skiing again on Sunday. And I haven't had any alcohol. Went food shopping today and stocked up lots of health snacks and dinners. Turkey, chicken, and fish, NO red meat. Whole grain bread and rice. Lots of fruits, veggies, and low-fat cheese, milk, and yogurt. That about sums up what I'll be eating for the next week.
