Oh this is Expected, after doing 90% of my 1 Rep Maximums. 🤕
165.4 lb Lost so far: 39.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

yep. same here. weight training makes for some interesting weigh ins. this year I've decided to focus on bf and cut. weight is just for fun. nice work with the 90%
