Small decrease on the scale but it's a victory nonetheless seem like I'm so near my first goal of 80kgs but so far too. For me weighing myself everyday gives me direction and control which I never had previously of just eating blindly. Yes I don't have a perfect diet of clean eating but I'm making small progress that is doable for ME
