This week I have alot going on but I realize that my health is a priority and needs to factored in to my busy schedule as well no excuses.... thats what got me to alomst 350 pounds!
336.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 161.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
