I'm still at 140 and didn't lose another pound, but I have lost 10 pounds, I am now using a reliable scale to weigh in. My plan is to kick start my losing by exercising more and decrease 100 calories in my diet tomorrow.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Do you weigh once a week, each morning, once a month - how often?

I weigh every day usually. Sometimes I don't get to because the scale is at my mom's, so I have to stop in to her house to weigh. Everything is good though, I trust her scale!
