I uninstalled the app as I’ve already reached my goal so I felt no need for it anymore, but thought I’d come back on to update and post some of my meals. Ive gained 7lbs while being on a maintenance deficit, although the weight I gained put me at where my age/height is recommended. Still on that high protein, low calorie “diet” I quote that because I can honestly say it’s become more of a lifestyle. My body has toned up quite well as I am still strength training 5days a week :) also, those 7lbs went into the right places! 💪🏽🍑👀
