My weight keeps fluctuating. I've been on the low-carb diet plan for 6 weeks...so I guess my body is stabilizing. Also pre-menopausal so my system is out of whack with that. Oh well, as long as I know I am doing what I should be...I won't worry, yet!

Are you watching your sodium? I found that keeping it low has a large effect upon my weight. Looking back I see that when I was doing low carb watching the sodium was even more important. Keep going. You are doing an amazing job.

I think you're doing great. Nice loss in only a month! Sorry to hit this if you didn't really want any thoughts, but I notice my body does this if I'm not getting enough water. They say half your body weight in ounces of water daily (so for me that's 256lbs / 2; I should be drinking 128 oz of water every day). It seems like so much, but if I don't do it, I get weird body responses. So, I think it is right. Good luck, and I think you're doing GREAT!

Thanks guys! And I have not watched my sodium, good point. I will check that out as well. Water and I are good. I usually drink 5-7 16.9 oz bottles every day. I keep one in my purse, bedside, bathroom sink, car...and I just drink every time I think of it.
I have a goal to lose 8 pounds by Nov. 18, but with this bump in the road, I doubt I'll see that. I know I have lost inches...and that is what is encouraging me. Also, my hormones appear to be out of whack. So...all things considered, it makes sense :). My BIG goal is to lose 18 by January 1. I'm on my way!! Have a great evening :)
