I'm on a mission to lose 100 pounds gradually, by changing my lifestyle to eating healthy with whole foods, ean meat and light carbs. Staying under 1500 calories will help me achieve my goals and this app really helps count calories. They say if you have a plan you need to write it down, well here goes! I figure as long as I have food too eat I will be ok prepping my food which I actually am surprised that even under 1500 calories you can still eat quit a bit! I'd be insane to no include 1 cheat meal a week, so when I feal the time is right I will incorporate. I just want to live longer and be healthy! Good luck
